Cooking is one of the most important tasks of a housewives around the world.
Thinking about nutrition for health and a family budget, time for cooking, etc., we should make it at the best timing and delicious! It is a creative and imaginative and scientific work, I think.
Let me introduce a part of my everyday work.
On a Wednesday in September, I went to a grocery store.
And I planned to cook meals for 3 days using shopping in photo and stocks in a refrigerator.
It was near a pay day, so I select foods a little bit more carefully than usual……
Day 1
Bony parts of sea bream is cheap and produce very good broth.
1 Sea bream and Japanese white raddish boiled in broth seasoned with soy sauce, Japanese sake, Japanese sweet sake
2 Rice
3 Fried tofu and bitter gourd and sliced pork seasoned with salt, pepper, miso, soy sauce, and katsuo-bushi(made from dried bonito)
4 Boiled green soy beans
5 Sliced raw squid
Day 2
Dried red bream was kept in a freezer.
1 Baked green peppers stuffed with beef ground with pork
2 Miso soup containing seaweed onion and potato
3 Rice
4 Grilled dried red bream
5 Goma-dofu –Goma-dofu looks like tofu, but tofu is made from soy and Goma-dofu from sesame.
Day 3
I bought fresh rock fish on the day.
1 Rock fish and tofu boiled in broth seasoned with soy sauce, Japanese sake, Japanese sweet sake
2 Rice
3 Fried cabbage, green pepper, sliced pork seasoned with miso (I used one of popular seasoning series of Chinese food)
4 Seaweed soaked vinegar
5 Miso soup containing potato, onion and deep-fried tofu.
