I bought food for 4~5 days.
Yakiniku(roasted meat and vegetables on an iron plate) and sliced raw squid
Renkon(lotus root) with mincemeat
Day 5
Imotaki(one of local dishes)
A tabletop IH cooker enable us to eat Yakiniku and Imotaki cooking food on a table.
Japanese like to eat cooking something on a table.
Day 6
- Deep fried chiken
- miso soup(with Shimeji mashroom, Japanese white radish, and deep-fried tofu)
- grilled salted sermon
- rice
- sliced beef boiled in soy sauce, sake, sweet sake and ginger with Japanese leek cut in thin strips which called “shiraga-negi(Japanese leek like gray hair)”
Day 7
Japanese style paella(seafood, chicken, Japanese rice)
I spent about ¥14,000 on food for this week and succeed to save money for days just before pay day!!!
